Terms of Service

Nashville Home Tour is sponsored by Tracey Gracey, a Real Estate Agent, with Fathom Realty TN, LLC. Requests will be handled by Tracey, or if unavailable by a qualified agent in the Nashville area. In exchange for that referral Tracey would receive a referral fee from the agent should a closed transaction occur.

The use of the platform to search for properties is free of charge and does not require registration. All other features require registration including a valid email and phone number.

Terms & Requirements for Tour Requests:

1. Must not be currently working with a Real Estate Agent. You have neither a signed Buyer Representation Agreement nor are you working with a specific agent that you INTEND to continue with in the future. (i.e., home tours, submitting offers)

2. Must provide a valid email and phone number. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the request. You may update your contact information by logging into your account.

3. Tour Appointments are offered free of charge and without obligation. However, the consumer is advised that agents are independent business owners and may have different standards of operation including how many tours they will provide before requiring a signed representation agreement. Please speak with the showing agent for details.

4. The acceptance of a tour request does not constitute a business relationship. Neither the consumer or the showing agent is obligated to work together and either party may cancel the tour with notice to the other party.
