What is Nashville Home Tours?

Check out our About us page to learn more

Does it cost anything to requests a home tour?

We offer a short term tour agreement with out charge. This allows you to get a feel for the market and what your options might be should you decide to move forward. Once a home tour is requested the Showing agent will reach out to you about the tour agreement and terms that best fit your siutation.

I have an agent but I want to see a home and they are out of town. Can I schedule a tour?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to show you any properties but you are welcome to use all other features of the platform.

Why won’t you work with someone who has an agent?

Each showing agent who works with Nashville Home Tours is a Realtor©. That means they have agreed to not interfere in the relationship between an agent and their client. Doing so can bring fines and formal complaints from your agent.

Why isn’t the property I want to see coming up on your site?

It most likely means that the property is under contract and not showing or has a closed, expired or cancelled status. We can only show homes that are listed as “Active or “Under contract – Showing”. To learn about the MLS status definitions. click here

I submitted a tour request but haven’t heard back yet. What should I do?
